it supposedly has a bid at £500.

I know mk1's are going up in Value but come on could that ever be worth £500

Though as i think about it suppose if some dubious type had a half decent mk1 shell with no identity, they could create a matching numbers mk1

And what with the floor start on a 66 ??

Hi nick, it says push button solenoid, there is no floor start.

So they mean the type of solenoid with the rubber button you can push under the bonnet!

I was confused too!

Ahh yes it does read like that right enough, apparently they stopped using these soft button soleniods because there were mechanic's here and there getting their legs crushed between cars and walls as they used this button to do the tappets etc, if the car was in gear and facing a garage wall hence the odd broken leg ...ouch.

Not sure if this is gospel..........or myth

Those molds actually look like a bargain.

If you have the space & application to use them.

Mark, I believe you just might have the space to house those moulds soon, say what?

Seller selling ID with a box of bits.

Perhaps the buyer would like to come around and steal my mini and then put the ID on it.

Quite clearly an A reg. BOC140A
