oil pumps

Hi, im going to be putting together a 998 engine and have a stock of 1275 oil pumps . Is it possible to fit these to the small bore block? If so what modifications if any need to be carried out? Thanks alot

When I did this a few years back using pre-A+ 998 block with spider drive can I had to use a 1/4 inch dural spacer between the block and the pump.

Personal I'd just buy a 998 pump alot easier and iirc no gain from a 1275 pump
