Output shaft
Are the output shafts still available anywhere? NLA on the Minispares website. (The part that exits the gearbox and connects to the rubber cross) I have a persistent oil leak from mine despite replacing the seal not too long ago and the surface of it looks a little rough/pitted.

Re: Output shaft
Sounds like you are after the Yoke rather than the Shaft and as Vegard has suggested, replace (and ream) the bush while your at it.

Re: Output shaft
If you want to get on in the UK, try the likes of Nick Rogers @ Min-e-bitz in Sheffield.
As has already been said though, make sure you fit & ream new bushes at the same time as fitting the new yoke.

Re: Output shaft
I do a few trannys now and then. I find pressing the side cover bushes out replacing with new, bolting the side covers to a diff, housing I then line hone with a Sunnen king pin hone in the Sunnen rod machine. I have been collecting pot and yoke side covers and a few HS ones. I plan to order enough bushes to do a batch. Once the machine is set and the stones are dressed they go quickly. Steve (CTR)
