WANTED! Scans of a few pages from AKD-5103

I am currently looking for the following pages of AKD-5103 to complete a scan to add to the site. My friend Tom Geronzi has done the donkey work on this, but is missing the following pages;

3-4, 5-6 and 11-12.

If someone who has a copy can scan or photocopy these 3 pages it would mean we can add another great resource to the main MK1 site.

Any offers of help greatly appreciated.
