Love your garage! Must be the neatest garage ever.

I'm guessing you're in Slovenia? is there a big Mini community there?

thank you gpmini.
i am glad you like my garage. i enjoy to work in my garage very much.
yes i am from Slovenia. it is very small country and less than 2 million people.
mini community is not very big but we have some very nice minis here.
not many people knows that we produced austin 1300 and partially minis too in Slovenia. that was early seventies.
there is an article in august Mini Magazin about Mini history in Slovenia / Yugoslavia / Balkan.

I agree Mark, its a stunning pic. It did leave me wondering if the chevron tape over the railway track would slow a train down at all...

currently have 3 cars...although the wife (Patricia) is always looking for something else.

Have attached front and back shots of the 3.
1960 Clipper Blue Downton Morris Mini Minor. 940cc

1965 Red Austin Cooper S (Peter Barker's old car). Rally spec'd to a Grp6 lightweight config. New engine (courtesy of Simon Drew at The Mini Works) with a few cheeky swiftune bits, single Weber 45 (recently on the rolling road at SMMC, 110bhp 6200rpm). Due for some fresh paint at some point...it's hanging on for dear life.

1967 Island Blue Austin Cooper S (trying to keep this one original spec, or as it left the factory). Was mint until the bonnet flew open on the way down to Beaulieu!

Not all Minis but here's my collection.

The longest standing member is my Clubman estate. It was going to be a quick respray and engine rebuild but it now has a full custom boot floor, metro rear seat and will eventually have a 1377 supercharged lump.
Image

Image

There's also a MK1 MG Metro Turbo, once rebuilt it'll be longterm toy.
Image

The ugly duckling is the 1300 Allegro, this one will be sold eventually.
Image

I recently acquired a '72 with a 1275, twin carbs and S discs that my primary school teacher used to drive to school.
Image

Image

And the latest addition is this fantastic 1300 Countryman. It's got an auto in it at the moment which I'm tempted to swap for a tasty pre A+ 1275 but it'll do for now.

Was this on classic cars for sale, or car and classic...? One of the two? I saw it recently and was very very tempted!

I have a manual pedal box if you need one...
