trouble getting bmc green aerosols
minispares no longer sell bmc green aerosols on thier website due to "not allowed to post"
hmmm.odd
anywhere else sell these that will post please??
some of us dont live anywhere near a minispares outlet
strange thing is why dont they use couriers and not royal mail ???
couriers have no issue accepting well packaged aerosols ...
have you any ideas rich?

Try Bullmotif. The green is quite dark, but it does have the bronze tint in it.

I get mine from Moss here in the states. They will not air mail or over night. They do send it ground. Not cheap but gets the job done. Steve (CTR)

Re: trouble getting bmc green aerosols
we can no longer sell aerosols via the royal mail or by carriers as they will not accept them - they have all changed their terms and conditions due to terrorism reasons.
if they find a parcel with them in (they x-ray them), the whole parcel is destroyed and we get a warning (and don't get any money back, no matter how large or valuable the parcel is)
we are now on our final warning , if we get caught again we loose our dhl contract.......
if people are still sending them, they have either negotiated a contract with a carrier to carry dangerous and explosive substances (i.e mega money) or are still winging it and hoping they don't get caught!

Just had same issue. Specifically wanted the Classic Car Colours offering so ordered via Moss
http://www.moss-europe.co.uk/Shop/Searc ... atalogID=0
Trouble is wasn't sure which shade of Green was used (as parcel tape went over the ref number of the old can I had) so have just ordered one of each and will find out when they arrive.

Re: trouble getting bmc green aerosols
this goes to show what poo times we live in,,,
never seen a terrorist with a bmc green rattle can in his hand
i sympathise with mini spares,,as its costing them lost sales too i suppose
its like light bulbs,,,i stocked up on 150 and 200 watt old skool light bulbs as this energy saving dross gives me migraines..but my supply is running low sadly

The colour is Mid Bronze Green, you may be able to get a paint shop to make it up for you in an aerosol, more expensive but could help.

or send them royal fail, they have been destroying them with no notice for mountain bikes as they consider them dangerous due to the pressure in them.rich@minispares.com wrote:following on from this thread, its not a good idea to try and take your newly bought shock absorbers onto a plane as hand luggage either...........
