"Rauno Aaltonen and the Mini Cooper S will be starring on the Goodwood Festival of Speed’s Forest Rally Stage on 26-29 June. The flying Finn, who won the 1967 Monte Carlo Rally, will get behind the wheel of the ex-works car, in which he finished seventh on the 1964 Monte, on each day of the Festival.
Aaltonen won the European Rally Championship in 1965 to follow-up a pair of domestic titles, and further fed his addiction to winning in circuit racing, taking victory at the 1966 Bathurst 500 in another Mini. He remains the only Finn to have won the event, which is now run to 1000km. He will be backed-up on the gravel rally stage by another Cooper S, owned by James Martin and formerly campaigned by Paddy Hopkirk."

A fair amount of artistic license there me thinks.

I think it's the same preview that goes on to talk about Escorts - with a lot more artistic licence...

No doubt.. I remember reading an info board stuck next to the restored GRX 309D once which listed all the rallies the car before us had done, with which driver etc and the first thing me and a pal said out loud was 'oh no it fekin didn't!'
