Here's a colour card from the mid 1970's. I have nearly all the 1970's card so if you can be more specific on the age, model and colour of your car I can probably tell you what type of trim your car would have had.
I also have a large collection of colour and trim sheets, which were updated about 3 times a year in the '70s.
There were very few factory options listed at the time. I have a price list from January 1976 and the only option listed for the Mini 1000 were Auto Transmission, Cropped Nylon Seat faces and face level ventilation. There were many options which could be purchased through the Special Tuning Department, and of course there were the usual dealer fit options such as mats, flaps and radios.

Nice collection surfb!
Riding Low. My old 77 Clubman was Astral Blue (light blue metallic) Black valuer seats and trim. 1100cc.
Personally I'd not be be too worried about keeping it factory standard, slap a set of 6" cosmic's or wolfrace rims on it, that's what most of did.
I also had a Belgium built 1000 (78) and that was orange with black trim (I think) and my sister had brown 1000 with gold pin stripes, very little rust even when it was scrapped. I cant remember the trim but am sure it was horrid!

Sounds like Inca Yellow with Silver Grey Stripes, but I didn't think the striped interior appeared until 1977?
This is from a July 1977 brochure and shows an Inca Yellow 1275GT with the silver and grey stripe interior.
November '77 price list show options
