Cant wait to see it again, now its fitted up. Probably needs another quick machine polish. Does this mean I get to take it for a spin ?

Made it to Blyon. Still quite a few job to finish but happy with the result and how it performed for a little 1100cc engine.

Had a good look round the Inno, what a belting car and stunning resto. The colour is lovely. My pal, who's in the motor trade, was very impressed with the paintwork.

The paint is all down to me deoesn't it look well! Nothing to do with the Whight brothers or the welding and engine work from Mr Fish
Rich you think thats odd...
My dad came down to Blyton on the Sunday, it had been a busy week and I'd forgotten to tell him that the DVLA had sent a new age related reg number. When he spotted the number he said do you realise my first mini was registered NOX366G!
I remember the car from being a kid, we went to my gran and grandads caravan on the east coast in it most weekends, he fitted twin carbs, 997 cam, Austin 1300 seats and loads of other mods. The best one was when he bought Custom Car magazine and decided to cover the seats in gold velour with deep buttons, very 70s!! The original owner of the car was from Devon and worked on the war ships, he'd painted the underside of the car in battleship grey ship paint which he 'found' at work to protect it, the paint was like rock. We would love to know if the car is still on the road.

By the way, I'm not big on naming cars, but, I've decided to name this one Amanda.

Andy, your Inno looks great, I could have looked at it all day.
Thanks for the wheels by the way, I hope to have tyres on them tomorrow.
