minis with air conditioning

just a query on behalf of a spanish friend of mine who would like to buy a mini
apart from the japanese market how many minis were produced with air con for the various markets
its very hard to find a mini in spain so he has asked me to look out for one in the uk
any advice would be great

Germany was never a regular country for aircons in Minis. With the aftermarket aircons I know you have to decide whether you need an aircon or a heater in your Mini. If you want an aircon you have to dump the heater. Germany is definately the country for heaters.

The only places where aircons in Minis are quite common are in Asia. All other variants are special and expensive modifications from Radford and Wood&Picket.

"At this time we do not offer a kit for the Austin Mini Cooper. However, we are currently working on developing a kit for the Austin Mini that we hope to have together soon.
