Funny ad, mab01uk.
Do you remember a funny ad with classic Minis many years ago ? A dogfight (aerial combat) with Germans (or Japanese), a prehistoric "chase" in a Mini Moke, etc ?
Knowing you, you must have a copy.
Cheers,
Michel

Re: Chain Reaction....
From memory I think the ad you mention was included as a bonus on a Heritage video which included the film of Raymond Baxter introducing the revised Mini range of 1978 for BL Car salesmen. I do have a copy on vhs so will check later......it may be on youtube by now?

Re: Chain Reaction....
that's a great advert, only missing the showers of rust particles as the classic minis fell over...

"A wonderfully zany film made for the press launch of the Clubman version of the Mini. We are reminded of the role of the Mini down the centuries: Moke with prehistoric man; Mini Cooper in Caesar’s Rome, chivalry in Medieval England, not forgetting the Battle of Britain and, of course, the Swinging Sixties. They do not make them like this any more!"
