Works spot lamp brackets

Post by minitravellerman »

I'm thinking of getting a pair of these for the rally Mini;

Does anyone have, or be able to get, a close up photo of these fitted?

Thanks

That's great, thanks. It's what I had in my mind as to how they are fitted but great to be clear.
Another query - does any one know if the brackets for fitting rear bolt spots to the bonnet are available anywhere?

I thought Bryan Purves did them but it seems not after a look at his web page.

Are you doing a "CRX" ?

I was on the Bryan Purves site when I was looking at the repro Works Mini bits and didn't see the bonnet mounts.
It's more the spotlamp arrangement on AJB 44B for the '65 Monte that I'm going for.

I got a pair of the bumper mounted brackets from Bryan Purves and were a first class job.
Still looking for the slam panel mounted bracket for the rear bolt spot as fitted to the likes of 33 EJB - is there anywhere that does a replica or does anyone have a template to make one?
