Swiftune sell something very similar which allows some flex between carb and manifold.

So can we use saft mount on Mini twin SU, may help from leaking issue cause by engine vibration!

No, not to webers. He did a flexible fixing bolt system for twin HS4. But he claimed this modification would increase the top speed performance of the SUs to the level of Webers.

Read - he used a system that was similar to whats used on webbers, not he used webbers
