So on my way to the next job today and i drove through Beulieu village past the classic car car garage when i spotted a mk1 mini in the forecourt.
Thought it rude not to pop in and have a look at what turned out to be a very clean '66 woody, very nice i thought until spotting the price....£16,500 http://www.beaulieugarage.co.uk/stock/m ... index.html
This garage always has high prices but the cars do sell and it does concur with an offer i had made on my Cooper by a dealer when parked in the Goodwood revival car park.
Is this the way prices are going?
They certainly do seem to fetch more down in that corner of the country it's fair to say, I'd say down to uber wealthy buyers with no time or patience to look for a much cheaper car which are undoubtedly available. Quality motor though (should have put the right rad in it though)...
