Certificate of Origin (Eur.1)

Hello, I've exported british classic cars to Mexico in the past year, and in order to obtain preferential customes rates, a simple declaration in the invoice was enough to prove the origin of the car. Now things changed, and mexican customes authorities require the Eur.1 certificate to prove origin. Does anyone know if I could get such certificate for a classic mini?

Thanx, I actually know what it is and that the chambers are the place to get one, but the information is very generic and I don't know if you could apply for one for a car built 30 years ago and backguards. So, if anyone know if cars are subject t this I will appreciate any more info.

Note that Mexico has some rules regarding the import of older cars from the USA, they must be between 5 and 15 years old. Weather this applies to cars imported from the EU I do not know.

Well, if you are interested, I could pay you a fee for the certificate if I buy and import the mini. I don't really think I could figure it out myself from here.
