Steeringwheel question ?

Can someone shine a light about this name on the back of one of my steeringwheels ?

Not quite sure, but it could read "Collaudi" which would just mean as a noun "test/trial" or as a verb "tested/tried/tried out"...
Maybe an final quality control made at the date stamped in above!? (7/69)??
