the raydyots are o.e fitment to cobras i think.
will go out on a limb and say that was not a bad price - there are plenty of damaged ones about at 300 p.pair, but for a concours 500k$ - mill car not much to spend

Raydyots were OE on Cobras & most F1 single seaters of the 50's & 60's. £1,300 is still a hell of a price though.

Not if they're going on a £1.5 million Cobra.

Crikey I threw away a roof, with some rusty corners.
Should have made one of these but that said - I want to see it sell first

Ok so not Ebay but can't think where else to post... Not sure if this early pick-up in the Bournemouth area has been covered here before but if not this snippet has cropped up in our local rag :

After my son had ragged it around for a while he outgrew it and I then I sold it to the late Paul Lips, a real enthusiast for mini Minis. He travelled many miles oop north to collect it.mk1 wrote:Pete used to / still has one of these. M

Rich. You must be kidding !!!!!!!
There's no way that will ever be a minivan ( clubman estate ) ! And ok this might be abit harsh but no way is that worth 16K. Look at it, the thing looks half finshed ( rear door pulls/ holders ) and the work looks abit crap too me, if your going to cut and re-weld a door, at least make the holes on the inside of the mk3 door line up, instead of just cutting it and welding it all over the place not lining up.
Is it my eyes, or is that front door in the picture another colour ?
And why not after all do the switch panel abit better, that cap from the mk1 being a different size doesn't look good.
