speedwell catalogue question

how many different versions of the big yellow Speedwell catalogue are there?

I have three versions here

one from 1963
one from 1964 (1964 edition written on the front)
one from ? (fourth edition) this one has a smaller sleeve

Off the top of my head,

I have a 1963 a 1964 & a fourth edition that is all stapled together, not loose leaf.

I have "a few" of these & will have a check this evening.
