Shorrock Supercharger was 4sale on Beaulieu A J 2013

This part was 4sale on the Beaulieu Auto Jumble in september, it was a bit to expensive for me.

I remember going to Beaulieu with a wallet stuffed with money, several years ago.

I was unable to spend any of it.

In hindsight, I could have bought some 145 colway tyres, a dissected mini engine and a massive box of shorrock supercharger "crap".

When I say crap, I mean crap. About 4 superchargers in various stages of decay in need of a huge rebuild in order to get them to "crappy old supercharger only fit for use on a weeny engine" status.

It was £300 for the lot.

In hindsight, I should have bought them and with all the money, bought myself a Mini City, or whatever else is now fetching £5k.

That Shorrock blower will not fit a Mini, it's the set up for a transverse A series like a minor or a Sprite. It also looks like it has seen a very hard life. £800 is a reasonable price if it is all there & serviceable though.

Is this just a blower or a blower & all the pipework?

Getting a set of pipework made could be very expensive.
