I suspect, from the various threads I have read, that the vendor would have been hoping for a LOT more.
The market set the value at auction, as ever, and I think this is about what it's worth. It is little more than Curiosity value. It wasn't valued by the factory very highly after all.
Now, if Longbridge had only had a barn..................
