Guys i need to get rid of the paddle clutch in the 8 port as its just horrendous to try and go anywhere in it so whats the recommended replacement that will at least make it a bit more sane to drive

anything that's not a paddle! single grey cover / rally plate or I think mine is orange cover and rally plate.
