good luck getting all the stress cracks out of that, it looks well abused.....

it probably needs all the gelcoat grinding off and recoating - quite a job to do and expensive

if you don't to this the paint will just keep cracking for ever more.

I've got an unused one of these as new if anyone's interested I've got it rolling on a pair of subframes if anyone's interested! At the same price as this one!
