Remove oil pressure relief valve SEAT
Any tips on how to remove oil pressure relief valve SEAT from the blockplease? (Not the oil pressure shuttle/ball) Thanks. Mark

if you hammer a peice of wooden dowel into it, it should grab it enough to withdraw it.
ive used this method a couple of times.

I drilled and tapped mine and pulled it out with a long bolt

Just be careful as they don't all come out easy and can do damage to the block which is difficult to fix.

Mine was tight and I'm amazed how much dirt was behind it,definetley well worth pulling out
