Austin badge in a Morris style

I'm sure there is a simple explanation for this badge I found whist having a tidy up the other day (export model?) but I 'd like to know some more about this Austin badge done in the Morris style

Mk2 Mini Countryman I think.

To be fair, a Mk2 Austin Mini Countryman isn't something you'll see every day now.
