"Speedwell" as there are 3 gauges that say "Speedwell" on it, the pod is a Vortz (or a replica of one).
Where the Broadspeed part is i couldn't say...

I think it is made up from parts of various Smiths speedos. The centre with the trip recorder could be taken from the Series11 or Series111 Morris Oxford or Isis perhaps? I had one fitted in a Morris Minor at one time.
