For what steerung wheel is the boss on the right in the middle ?

If you're referring to the one in the middle on the bottom row, then the answer will be Wallsall wheels (the firm that made wheels for Les leston among others) as they used this screw hole arrangement. The badge just above it would be the one that fitted (i think) and that's Ford.

this is how mine looked after moto lita refitted it with new surround to badge some years back..if it assists u ??

I think almondgreen is referring to the boss that is shaped like a *. I am not sure who made that boss. The other 2 bosses look like Les Leston bosses to me.

I was talking about the boss looking like a star inside.
I know that the others are Les Leston bosses.
No idea ?
