Sorry ,definitely not 'Microcell'.
I am 97% sure that the seat is a 'Rallye 2' by 'The Car Hood Company'.Do you have a square on shot? As it is identical in every respect to the 'Rallye 2' it's just the shoulders that's the 3% in question.
