Yesterday I had the honor to have a first look on a hidden treasure ! A friend told me he was asked to do some work on a Radford Traveller for a german gentleman. Asking him how this gemm found its way to germany he told me the whole story. It was first made for Mr. Heinz, the Mr. Heinz, and was used for his villa in south france. It´s a flat roof Traveller, no wood on the rear, colour is black at present, interior is white leather. The most amazing feature is the rear doors. Its a two door system like the Range Rover has them. An upper half with the glas, one lower part in metal.
If the present owner (the man is like 85 years old) is ok with it, I will ask him to take some pictures from the restoration.
