Hello

This grille turned up in a load of spare that came with a cooper project I've bought recently. Not seen one before - just wondered if anyone can throw any light on it?

thats mega-chod!

it looks like its been made using prewar rolls royce radiator shutters, as they would open and shut to regulate the engine temp.

if you want to sell it let me know, ive got a car that that would fit onto and, er, look just right!
please note, these are my own, individual sales, nothing whatsoever to do with my employer, minispares

(a?)LLERTHORPE, YORK is just down the road from me & is a little village, I reckon it must have been a tiny volume production thing made by an agricultural merchant who was looking to branch out into the accessory market.

It's pretty knarly but does have a sort of "old world" charm.
