any have a mk1 mini needing TLC???

Hi im on with building my 1965 Cooper'S. ive just started,The engine and box are total rebuilt.
But the other night my wife drops the bombshell and says to a friend "im looking forwards to using the Cooper'S when its finished!". Now as my wife is a good driver,She's alittle boy racer on the road,at the right times.
Now as the Cooper'S is a good investment a daily user it wont be.
so im looking for a mk1 mini 850 or 1000 that needs TLC, CAN ANYONE HELP???

Dave i had a similar problem the mrs keeps asking when am i going to put her on the insurance

Bought another one now which she will b allowed to drive

how about building her a total full race wont tick over , deafening , nutcase mini . Wicth might put her off for ever. lol

trust me it wont put her off as i have a supercharged mx5 which goes sideways in a breath! I went to alton park on a drift day,now i would say i am quite good with drifting the mazda,But when my wife had a go for the first time!! she show some of the people ive seen there before a thing or two,It put a fair old smile on my face!!lol!!
But back to it a mk1 mini would be nice for her!!
