Jeez!
I remember when JAP's were so uncool that they would be weighed in for scrap rather than re sold second hand.

Re: GOODNESS ME! Have you seen this item on ebay.
I hope no one minds, but I have changed the subject of this thread to more accurately reflect its content.

Re: GOODNESS ME! Have you seen this item on ebay.
I had a set of 5 JAP wheels which melted when my psychopathic next door neighbour burned down my elderly parents garden shed.
They were like new, complete with their original gold chromate finish.
That is more than I paid for my 66 Morris Cooper 10 years ago (which had been restored).
I feel sick.

No, I haven't gone all PC, but the new title does ensure that anyone who finds it will know what its about.
I'm not surprised the Leeds Thread has so many postings Steve. People just love staring at a good car crash
So who's this Arab then?

He's part of the ruling Bahrain family I believe, though I don't think he's mega wealthy. We'll probably get the only sheikh that's skint.

DAMN another item i had several off at one point lol, notice the seller did not mention hornets, maybe this would have reduced the value lol

I bought a NOS chrome gearstick from Ebay, it is a bit longer than a mini one but otherwise the same. Does anyone know what it might be for? I was thinking maybe an ADO16 of some variety but I don't really know. I only bought it because it seemed too cheap not to!

It will fit the mini remote and imho gives the gear stick a better position.

When you think (in those fantasy moments) of which classic car you would buy with your spare £14,000..
How many of us have thought........Mmmm, What about an Austin A30
