A good event and I finally put a few faces to user names!

Nice to see Mark aka Roylesboy and enjoyed the usual haggling banter war (very friendly one i might add), also meet Prof Peach and we both manged to break his sack truck! also met Paul (lips) and his Iphone database of boot/door lock markings reference guide - I want a copy! also was nice to finally meet Mr GpMini after many months of sending mini spares over to SA.

Also saw the usual suspects :-) Nick and Bart

I had a busy day and sadly didnt get much time to visit other stalls (thanks god) or see the cars

Hopefully next year we will benefit from some sunshine!

Paul, we can try to have an online database of locks keys etc... Maybe here on the Forum?

Paul

Sounds like a plan or in the words of Michael Caine

"hold on lads I have an idea"

Anyone else have an idea on what else they could contribute - time to share your data!

I made this thread, regarding MK III & on = http://forum.minicooper.org/showthread.php?t=16722

as you cant get a proper heritage for these cars.

Most of the stuff on the list is related to early cars too.
