Thanks.

The suspension definitely wont work at the moment-thats for sure.

I measured the ride height from the middle of the wheels to the wheel arches.
It should be just over 13 inches according to Haynes on a standard Mini-bit different front and rear.

Mine in 11 inches at the at the front. Should be 13 and a bit.
The rear was within spec at just over 13 inches. Is a Cooper a bit lower?

I needs a bit of leveling up, no problem.

I think I shall put the Hi-Los up 2 inches on each side at the front and go from there. I fitted them at the lowest setting.
Maybe it will all change a bit with a few miles, as its all new.
I have no trouble cutting down the bump-stops if need be.

Changing the suspension settings is a walk in the park compared to fitting door cards, door handle escutcheons, windscreen seals, sliding windows, door trims and all the little stuff!

At least my air-filter box fits now with the correct manifold in place.

Worth baring in mind, that I have found that the cones need miles on them to settle, rather than just weight. So as you put some miles on it, they will start to compress, and you can make height adjustments from there.
