AEG177 Conrods, balanced and lightened.
SA 1098cc crank fitted (12G2827 crank) with new bearings 10mains bearings/10 big ends fitted.
22G1128 Remote housing gearbox with 22G1040 gearset. New central oil pickup, baulk rings, 3rd motion bearing, layshaft 2 step, layshaft bearings. 1st motion bearing and needle roller small end bearing. Idler gear bearing replaced in flywheel housing cover (22A524) and 1st motion shaft nose bearing also. 3.44 diff with hardy spicer outputs.
New duplex timing chain kit fitted with new gears.
Cooper S pin drive camshaft, new pin drive oil pump, new cam followers fitted.
12G940 head with 35mm inlet valves, 29mm exhaust valves, new valve guides, new stem seals and valve seats cut and double valve springs. New MS 1.5 Ratio High lift forged rockers fitted.
New welch plugs.
New Cooper S pulley and damper.
New thermostat housing kit, 74 deg thermostat fitted.
New clutch kit fitted.
