Advice Sought on Underbody Cable Clip Sleeve

Post by cobolman »

Hi All

Per the title, I'm looking for advice on the sleeves that are put on the underbody cable clips on a Mk1 Mini. I've attached the image for reference
underbodycableclips.jpg
Unfortunately, the sleeves have been painted the same primer colour as the floor but they normally coloured black. They seem to be made of a type of plastic.

Does anyone know if these were standard fit? If so, where could I get some? If not, anyone know of a good substitute?

Thanks in advance.

Same for me, Raychem 1/2"-DR-25 is the correct size for the underfloor tabs, smaller if you want to sleeve the pipes etc.

I think it was red on Australian minis. Just a bit of 'spaghetti' (what we used to insulate wires, before heatshrink was invented).

They are part 5L64, a short length of black plastic tubing.
