I haven't had any direct dealings, but I've read loads of stories of the service ending after the initial sale. Good to that point, but the seem to fall of the face of the earth following.

well it seems that a lot of business people just are interested in your money then have no interest in after sales service a pity as sometimes it is needed so firms with good back up need our support

Yes, had a worked head of them, no issue, port work was ok and head does what it should do!
