I don’t believe so, not to my knowledge. There were many variations of this side cover breather for the A-series, but I think this one was unique to the 997cc Cooper.

I found my spare set and they are the other style for the 997. I believe this style was also used on the 1071. So it must have been changed over later in production for the 997. Sorry I can’t help on this one.
