i fail to see how those parts are a random collection of crap . They all seem hard to find items to me and if used on one or two projects , more than usefull.

Not so, he didn't sell any of it and is apparently relisting seperately.

You are of course absolutely correct. IF used on a selection of different projects there are indeed some interesting bits there, but to claim that this collection of disparate items was ever a coherent & complete engine from a Works Mini is laughable.
There was a Special Tuning tank available in 10 or 13 1/4 gallon sizes. I believe that is one of the 10 gallon types but having never seen one I can't be sure. I wanted that tank and was watching it expecting it to go for stupid money, I was out when the auction ended so I'm quite annoyed it was so cheap now! I have seen the 13 1/4 gallon type sell for over £700. I would be pleased if someone could tell me that one was a fake!

You dont have to be annoyed, becourse of the 147 pound end price.
If the winner had a high reserve, were you only going to push up the price, if you had startet bidding.
They are original Special Tuning items and came in two sizes, this is the larger one. Looks like the one on ebay was the smaller one. Side note, they are alloy.
Those are interesting pictures, there isn't much information about these tanks that I could find. Yours looks just like the one on ebay, only bigger. That's why it really surprises me that it sold so cheaply.
Actually, there are quite a lot of Kangaroo's around Weymouth, but that's the Weymouth in Australia, like that Mini. It still has its Victorian plates on, and the photo is clearly an Australian back yard.
Here's the original ad on ebay, back when it didn't look like it was a scam.
Now being sold by a Mr 'Jonas Reimeris', that well known Lithuanian kangaroo tamer from Dorset , who requires a £6K direct bank transfer and insists on it being delivered unseen to the buyer, shock horror.
