333 gearbox detents

What speedo drive housing is fitted to the gearbox?

The third detent plug for the reverse selector rod cannot be removed until the rod itself is removed from the gearbox.

I’ve removed the 3 detents on this picture

On the bottom photo you can see the shaft has the indents where the detents go into

Does this look ok or slightly bent?

That "wishbone" looks like it's been fitted backwards.
It also looks like it might be bent.

I reckon you’re right. I’ll try and swap it on the car.

Think the problem is now solved.....the diff assembly should have the bellcrank installed like this.

Good to hear it turned out to be just a minor hickup, rather than a major gearbox removal catastrophe
