Hi again - after some research, I find that the carpet I need is "wool twist", not veltone.
Does anyone know of a supplier for Tartan Red Wool Twist carpet - BAS/Coverdale ???

Coverdale carpets do 3 different qualities of carpet, I’ve got the “Kensington” which is really nice quality but they do tend to be a bit on the wide side and go up the inner sills more than original, and because they’re trimmed on the edges you can’t just cut them to fit without cutting off the binding. Also they don’t
come with cut outs for gear lever and dip switch so using an old front carpet as a template saves a lot of measuring and crossing of fingers.

Hi again Steve,
Martrim were another exhibitor's carpets I have seen (red seemed too dark) and of course Woolies might also be worth a look?

The C017 Ferrari type carpets are some thing I've looked at before but was worried they may be a little too bright - but maybe a sample would be worth getting?
