I am changing direction on a project and have the following up for sale:
AEG312 thin flange Cooper S engine block, bored out to 60thou, no liners fitted still original.
New AE/Nural 21251 STD compression 60 thou pistons with rings.
SA big bore 1098cc 22G2827 crank 10 thou on mains bearings and 10 thou on Cooper S rod size for big end bearings.
New bearings still in block and conrods.
Set of AEG177 Conrods al balanced and weighed.
Had this machined recently by a very reputable machine shop here in Pretoria.
Engine was also dummy assembled and checked over.
Bore is 72.08mm and stroke is 73mm
Deck clearance is 0.7mm
Thus this engine now is a 1192cc.
Looking at GBP2000 for the power unit and shipping will be extra for the buyers cost.
I can crate it up and deliver to the courier of choice.
I have other items to complete this engine eg, Cooper S 649 camshaft, 22G1128 gearbox with close ratio 22G1040 gearset and 3.44 diff at additional cost.
Power Unit is based in pretoria, south africa.
