Mystery item ..

Post by Andrew1967 »

Found these in a box and was wondering what they are for.

Same dimensions as a sliding window catch gasket apart from being much thicker ... part number BLG875

Came from an old BMC garage years ago ..

Any idea ??

Could they be for Post Office and others services vans where for security reasons, the sliding windows were permanently 'locked - without the catch part?
