H4 needles

Just rebuilt my 1293 s engine, using H4 carbs and an Evolution001 cam. Head is a Slark head 19cc.
What would be the best carb needle to use?

another one I can answer
my 1293 is a similar spec .. car kitchen head, AC Dodd RS cam, H4s, rolling road tuned
AUD 1005 'No.6' needles
AUD 4387 4.5 oz red springs
