Yoko Tyre GT350 any good ?

Post by Exminiman »

As title really, looking for some decent 145s that are available without a mental price tag

At £89 ( inc vat) corner its a bit easier to justify.

They look period, just wondered if any one has experience of using them on road, would appreciate any opinions

Also worth considering Blockley tyres. I bought a set recently and very happy with them :)

+1 for Blockley too. As good as it gets for a road car I say. And he did a good deal for me for 4, bought on site for ££

There's a few comments on them at the end of this thread. They've been a popular mini tyre in Japan for years

I’ve got them on my car. Fronts are approaching end of life after probably 7000 miles. Not convinced my tracking is right though. Seems to be a good tyre. I will try the Blockley next time for comparison.

Hi,

in Japan, many Minis are equipped with them.
The reason is that there are few 145 options, they are relatively cheap in Japan, and they don't look bad.
I currently have one equipped, and it seems to be about the end of its life after about 30,000 km (5 years in total).
The price has been rising little by little from before.

A couple of people have bought the Dunlop SP10s from Japan. No reviews yet but they are likely better than the commonly available tyres (Nankang, Falken etc).
