Having recently completed a 66 restoration I would suggest Somerfords as your first port of call for a mk1. Their parts listing for mk1 is more substantial than other suppliers. My second choice was Minispares then Bullmotif.

The wanted section works very well but it would be helpful if the enquiry could be narrowed down a little.Also that the person looking for the
part could confirm they have sorted one.Is it safe to assume that with no confirmation they are still looking?

Some specific parts can be hard to come by, but as I recently discovered when looking for a very rare Sumpguard, the wanted section here is always worth an ask when you can be specific regards your needs
