Assuming they are in good condition, straight and no strange wear the pushrods will be fine
The cam followers/lifters should have a good machined finish on the cam face with no pitting and they should all be installed in the same order that they ran previously with the same camshaft. Often the genuine BMC ones are better quality than some of the aftermarket ones available now

I see no reason new one's can't be fitted to an existing engine if needs be.
Obviously the old followers would be bedded in to the cam, but if they are badly pitted then replacement would be wise. If the cam is new then the followers would be best renewed anyway.
With new followers be careful to go through the bedding in procedure of running the engine at 2000rpm for 20 mins.
Unless bent, there's no reason to replace pushrods though, even with new followers - just carefully grind any 'pip' off the end and re-use.
