Headlight surrounds

I've searched the forum but can't find any answers. Are these style of headlight surrounds from a mini?

Looks like they're spotlamp rims.

Fairly certain I have seen these or something very similar on old Ford tractors!

They are the early Lucas 700 spot types I think. Later ones had a slightly chunkier moulding to hold the screws.

Thank you for that. They came in a stash of spare parts which doesn't include any spotlamps.
