Lower ball Joints
I can't get grease into the lower ball joints on my Traveller. I checked to make sure the zirks were clear so that's not the problem. I'll keep driving until the ball joints (or I) wear out but I'm curious as to what the problem might be?

Re: Lower ball Joints
The grease channel on some ball joints can be insufficient for greasing. I’ve found sometimes one of mine is difficult to grease when the car is lifted, but it’s fine to grease when the load is on the suspension

Re: Lower ball Joints
This is a common problem and can be easily cured by deepening the little flats on the actual ball part to alow the grease to get INTO the joint and better still, to spread itself around as you steer.

Re: Lower ball Joints
Well, Timmy201 that worked a treat. Thanks for the advice. It was a bit awkward in a cramped garage but I put my floor jack under the lower arms and removed the wheels. Now my ball joints are sure to outlast me as I do less than 2K miles per year.
