Early one piece floor?

Sorry if this has been asked before - I have searched!

I have a Mini registered June 1960. It's had a lot done to it over the years and I am honestly having trouble working out whether it had the early one piece floor - i.e - with no separate outer sills.

If it is June 1960 does that mean definitely earlier floor or did they overlap floor types then?
