Steering Wheel ID

Hello,

I have a steering wheel here and i am not sure what it is. There are no markings on it. It is 13" and leather bound. Thanks for the help.

I do not know what it is but I like it, looks good.
DOWNTON Mini is what I like a lot.
Collecting 60th wooden steeringwheels.
